Welcome to The Doting Goat. By booking a service or visiting the property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Payments
All visits are by appointment only.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Services are non-transferable.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
In the event of inclement weather or farm-related disruptions, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a credit.
3. Nature of Services
Experiences at The Doting Goat are designed to support wellness and connection, but do not constitute mental health treatment or clinical therapy.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
4. Liability
By visiting The Doting Goat, you accept the inherent risks of interacting with animals and being in an outdoor farm setting.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Doting Goat, Margaret Madison Lowe, Full Circle Farm, and all property owners and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit.
5. Safety & Conduct
Closed-toed shoes are recommended.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the animals, staff, and environment.
Anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be asked to leave without a refund.
